My name is Morgan High and I am the new PE teacher at White Oak Elementary! I am a proud alumni who went to WO K-12  and graduated in 2011. I am so honored to take over for Coach Underwood and continue the work she has put into this program. I have been a PE teacher and coach the last 4 years in Arizona and California, and am so happy to be back in Texas. My husband, Taylor, will be teaching and coaching at Spring Hill this year and we have an almost 2 year old daughter, Hayden. I will also be coaching volleyball and softball at the high school.

I have a HUGE passion for sports, lifetime games, fitness, and fun games in general. A huge belief of mine is that my job as an  Elementary PE teacher is to make sure I am promoting how to be a lifelong active person. I will be teaching everything from basic locomotor skills, to how to throw a ball the right way, to how to do a proper push-up, how to play volleyball, how to challenge yourself, how to be a GOOD teammate, and everything in between!!! I hope your child leaves my class with a sweaty face and huge smile each day they come to the gym. I have posted the weekly PE schedule right underneath this post. Please take a look at it so you know what day your child needs to wear tennis shoes to school.

We have a high school volleyball game the night of Meet the Teacher, so if I do not get to meet you then, I promise we will meet soon! Please still grab a hand out that will be out in front of the gym.
